Founder Les Hickman, started in the transportation industry in 1962 and had experience in rating, auditing, traffic management, and rate negotiations-with carriers, with industry, and in a service-bureau environment prior to starting Continental. Other consulting functions we support are development of in bound freight-management programs, routing guide development, payment systems specifications development and vendor analysis, rate studies, and other such general transportation issues. Freight Bill Processing via our FLEX PRO system is another of our primary offerings. Pre-payment rate and service audits, invoice payment, "from-bill-of-lading-payment" processing, transportation data base development, and management reporting comprise the elements of service in FLEX PRO. The major benefit associated with using FLEX PRO is that it is significantly less costly than processing freight bills internally. Our Post-Audit service rounds out our list of offerings.
